Engagement Summary for the draft Policies
During the Spring and Summer of 2022, hundreds of residents shared their input on the first draft of the Policies. Through our Engagement Ambassadors, focus group discussions, and our online engagement, we heard a lot about what you need more of or want less of in your neighborhoods. We also heard suggestions for how to improve, clarify, or change the policies to more accurately reflect resident needs and priorities. You can take a look at all of the input from residents here.

What's Next?
Planning staff is currently drafting policy revisions, as well as developing action items for the policies based on community input and ideas generated from the Policy Working Groups.
Once the revisions are complete, we will combine all the plan components into the full Comprehensive Plan draft and share it with the community this winter. We will hold a final phase of engagement on the full plan before beginning the public hearing and adoption process with the Planning Commission.
